Our events and activities can be broken down into two categories, Service Projects and Fundraising for Service Projects.  We will start with our Service Projects.

SERVICE PROJECTS

Santa Letters  Using a special mailbox in the post Office Lobby, Kids send and receive letters from Santa

Kids Fishing Derby  A free day of fishing at a private stocked lake for local children.

Easter Egg Hunt  A classic childrens activity, put on at Clark Park by Kiwanis

H.O.R.S.E.S. using Horses as physical and emotional therapy for handicapped children

Red Cross Blood Drives  Kiwanians volunteer to staff the blood drives in town

Molalla Adult Center Financial Support for this resource center for our senior citizens

Molalla Service Center Financial support for the food bank and other services for those in need.

Cub Scout Pack  We sponsor and support this large and active Pack

Buckeroo Kiddies Parade  We sponsor with the Fire Department this annual event

Phonic Phones An aid for teachers helping kids to read and speak.

Key Leaders Investing in our future leaders

Iodine Deficiency Disease (IDD) Kiwanis Foundation world wide project in partnership with UNICEF

Car Seat Clinics  Help check seats and providing seats for those in need.

Kiwanis Doernbecher Children's Cancer Program  Car raffle and other fundraisers

 

FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES

Community Calendars  Publishing a calendar featuring local citizens and their birthdays

Community Flower Baskets  Raise funds and make the City look good as well.

Fourth of July Banners  Helping celebrate, and fund our service projects.
